Can I see the pay before I accept?
Yes. The job list shows a range first. Before you accept, you see the exact pay for the job, with bonuses listed on their own.
Do I have to take jobs?
You decide which jobs to accept. Set the work you want by weekday, time and area; changing your hours never touches jobs you already said yes to.
What if someone else misses something?
Everyone submits their own checklist and photos. You are never asked to make up someone else’s missed work without pay.
When does a finished job count?
When the job is confirmed, or 24 hours after you submit your checklist and photos with no problem reported. Then it moves to settlement.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
From your account, where total earnings and the withdrawable balance are shown separately. Before you confirm, you see exactly how much will arrive. If a withdrawal does not arrive, what you have earned is still there.
What if I feel unsafe on a job?
Stop the affected work, get safe, then report it in the order. You are never asked to finish a job at your own risk.
